Steps to protect your property First, your property will be inspected for signs of termites.
Then, Termite Baiting stations will be placed in the ground around your property.
The stations will be checked regularly for termite activity.
When termites are found in one or more stations, they will be transferred to Baitube devices containing Recruit II termite baits, which are then placed in those stations.
The captured termites will feed on the Recruit II baits, tunnel out and send other colony nestmates back to feed on the baits. As they do so, the colony starts to decline and will eventually be eliminated.
After a colony has been eliminated, the baits will be replaced with new monitoring devices. Your Termite Field Inspector will continue to discover new colonies that might invade your home.

Pre-Construction Treatment

In this treatment, termiticide is added to structures by treating or by trenching foundations to protect structures against termite attack. During the planning and construction phase of structure, this treatment is usually performed after the footings have been poured and the foundation walls or pillars have been built.

The dried termiticide will form a continuous barrier that exclude subterranean termites from the building.

Post-Construction Treatment

This method involves drlling holes into the flooring or foundation of structures and injecting the liquid termiticide into the ground. This allows termiticide to be placed on top of concrete slab where cracks and crevices may exist.

In this treatment, termiticide can be injected into the damaged wood structures made by subterranean termites to kill existing termites.
